My company, Generalyst, helps commercial generalists find their calling in early-stage startups. We mostly work with positions like Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and everything related to International Expansion.

As a serial founder, I try to design the business in a way that it's a no-brainer for both companies and candidates. I strongly dislike the way recruitment is done traditionally, and constantly try to find faster, cheaper, better ways to get the right talent into your company.

Almost all of our clients are based in Germany.

We're always looking for sharp candidates with linear and not-so-linear CVs; we don't give a s**t about logos, but about your attitude.
